IT’S POWERFUL TO WITNESS THE HEALING THAT HAPPENS WHEN THE LIGHT OF CONSCIOUSNESS MEETS WITH THE UNCONSCIOUS PARTS OF US WHO HAVE BEEN STUCK SWIRLING IN PAIN, FALSE BELIEFS, AND DISCONNECTION.
Online one Saturday a month for 6 months

Once a month for 6 months we will gather on a Saturday morning 10-12 [Friday evening in North America] to connect with others in an intimate, sacred online healing container. Having a secure, supportive space where we can discuss and explore our shadows with curiosity, respect and care, can be deeply healing for everyone involved.
Individual Sessions
EXPLORE AND INTEGRATE AT THE SUBCONSCIOUS LEVEL
In these personal sessions hypnosis is used to interact with the unconscious. Christina will guide you into a deeply relaxed state and assist you to uncover, meet and integrate shadow aspects. [One 90min session is included, and more can be booked as desired]))
There will also be an online private FB group where participants can connect and share anytime during the program
